Dr. Ali Mohammed Mansoor (Yemen)

Dr. Ali Mohammed Mansoor was born on November 15, 1980, in Yemen. He received the B.Sc. Degree from Amman University, Jordan, and his MSC from University Putra Malaysia, Malaysia, both in Computer Science and Networks in 2005 and 2008, respectively. He received his PhD Degree in Communications and Network Engineering from University Putra Malaysia in 2014. Since December 2009, he is a lecturer at Department of Computer Engineer, Faculty of Engineering of Aden University, Yemen. He also worked on broadband networks at Wireless Communications Cluster, MIMOS Berhad, Malaysia. Currently, he is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology in University of Malaya, Malaysia.

He was elected in 2006 as a president of Yemen Youth General Union Malaysia branch in 2006. He helps to facilitate personal, social and educational growth in young people to help them reach their full potential in society.

He was appointed in 26th February, 2016 in Phnom Penh, as a Vice President in the Asian Youth Council for term 2016 – 2019.
